Paddle Board Attempt by Charlie HeadMorning watch at the Worm's Head Lookout usually starts at 10:00 am but today [02 November 2016] an early 7:30 am watch was tasked for the Coastwatch volunteers.   They were to monitor the departure of the last leg of a Round Britain Paddle Board Attempt by Charlie Head.  In perfect conditions, calm sea and no wind, the paddle boarder was observed launching at Llangennith before powering over to Worm's Head.  A brief pit stop to strip off his top and take a drink before he set off on the dangerous 20 miles crossing, made how much longer by the tides flowing down and up the perilous channel.

To find out how he got on you will  need to access his webpage on https://www.supboardermag.com/tag/charlie-head/
